My podcast is my passion project – where we explore life, death, consciousness and what it all means. We regularly bridge the divide between science and our uniquely human experience, our consciousness.
My well-respected guests include psychology professionals, celebrated mediums, brain science researchers, near death experiencers, well-known medical doctors, grief experts, and alternative healers. From my unique perspective as a psychologist and intuitive, we do research before each interview, and ask bold, thought-provoking questions. The result is an intensely packed, often mind-blowing dialog! Put your preconceived notions aside and learn how to find authentic meaning in your own unique life.

HOW TO BE RADICALLY HONEST
If you are waiting for the universe to explain why something painful happened, stop. You will never get that answer. Today, Caroline Myss and I get into why your insistence on an explanation is blocking your healing, how lying to yourself erodes your intuition, and what it really means to have faith (it’s not religion). This is a masterclass in spiritual adulthood.
THE LOST ART OF CONSCIOUS AGING
Are you afraid you're shrinking instead of growing? My conversation today with Ron Pevny will completely change how you see your later years. Ron reveals the difference between just getting older and stepping into the fullness of who you were always meant to be.
THE SCIENCE OF THRIVING
Today, I’m talking with Jon Rosemberg. He spent decades climbing the corporate ladder, closing massive deals, and achieving everything we’re told will make us happy. But his real wake-up call didn’t come in a boardroom—it happened on his basement floor, building Legos with his kids. In this powerful conversation, Jon breaks down the difference between success and true thriving, and shares the science-backed map to reclaim your agency, find meaning, and reconnect with what actually matters.

THE CONSCIOUS REVOLUTION WITH JEFF OLSEN
In 1997, Jeff experienced a horrific automobile accident. The accident caused multiple life-threatening injuries, including crushing both his legs. He had 18 surgeries and spent six months in the hospital. His left leg was amputated above the knee. The most devastating outcome of the accident was the loss of his wife and youngest son, both killed instantly. Overwhelmed by the injuries his body suffered, Jeff had a profound near-death experience in which he met his wife on the other side, who told him he couldn’t stay and had to return. Having that glimpse into heaven gave him the courage he needed to carry on and care for his living son. He has since remarried and adopted two more sons. According to Jeff’s website, his greatest joy comes from being a husband and father. His mission is to assist people in consciously embracing who they are and the connection they share with others and the universe.
