.Section 1: Medical, Psychological, and Professional Disclaimer

Suggested placement: its own page linked in the footer, plus a short version on course sales pages, in meditation descriptions, and in podcast show notes.

No Therapy or Medical Advice

Dr. Amy Robbins is a licensed clinical psychologist. However, the content provided on this Site, including all courses, programs, memberships, meditations, workshops, podcast episodes, articles, emails, and social media content (collectively, the "Content"), is offered for educational and informational purposes only. The Content does not constitute, and is not a substitute for, psychotherapy, psychological services, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.

Your purchase or use of any Content, your participation in any course, program, membership community, workshop, or retreat, and any communication with Dr. Robbins or her team through this Site, email, social media, or the podcast does not create a psychologist-patient, therapist-client, or doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr. Robbins or Spiritually Integrated Living, LLC.

Always seek the advice of your physician, psychologist, therapist, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional medical or psychological advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read, heard, or experienced through the Content.

If You Are in Crisis

The Content is not intended for use in emergencies or mental health crises. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, are in crisis, or are having thoughts of harming yourself or others, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the United States), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. If you are outside the United States, contact your local emergency services or crisis line.

Spiritual and Intuitive Services

Certain Content offered through this Site draws on spirituality, intuition, and mediumship. These offerings are provided for purposes of personal growth, reflection, and exploration only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no specific outcome or result is promised or guaranteed. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, choices, and actions.

Guided Meditations and Audio Content

Guided meditations and similar audio content are designed to promote relaxation and may alter your state of awareness. Do not listen to guided meditations while driving, operating machinery, or engaging in any activity that requires your full attention. If you have a history of trauma, seizures, psychosis, or dissociation, consult your treating provider before using meditation or breathwork content, and discontinue use if you experience distress.

For Clinicians and Clinicians-in-Training

Training programs, consultation groups, and membership communities offered through this Site, including the Spiritually Informed Therapy (SIT) certification program, are educational in nature. Certification in SIT recognizes completion of a training program; it is not a license, a state-issued credential, or a specialty designation recognized by any licensing board, and it does not expand your legal scope of practice, establish a supervisory relationship, or replace clinical supervision, consultation, or legal advice. As a participating clinician, you remain solely responsible for practicing within your own scope of competence, complying with the laws and ethical codes of your jurisdiction and licensing board, and exercising independent professional judgment with your own clients. If you are pre-licensed, you remain responsible for practicing only under the supervision required by your jurisdiction, and nothing in any Program modifies or substitutes for that supervision. Case material discussed in consultation or community settings must be appropriately de-identified, and participation does not transfer clinical responsibility for any client to Dr. Robbins or Spiritually Integrated Living, LLC.

No Guarantees; Assumption of Responsibility

Individual results vary. We make no representations or warranties regarding the personal, professional, clinical, or financial results you may achieve from using the Content or participating in any program. By using the Site and the Content, you agree that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for your choices, actions, and results.

Section 2: Podcast Disclaimer

Suggested placement: within the Terms and Conditions, with a one-paragraph version in every episode's show notes.

Life, Death, and the Space Between (the "Podcast") is produced and hosted by Dr. Amy Robbins and is made available for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. Nothing stated on the Podcast by Dr. Robbins or any guest constitutes psychotherapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and listening to the Podcast does not create a psychologist-patient or therapist-client relationship with Dr. Robbins.

The views, opinions, statements, and experiences expressed by guests are solely those of the guests. They do not necessarily reflect the views of Dr. Robbins or Spiritually Integrated Living, LLC, and their inclusion on the Podcast does not constitute an endorsement, a professional recommendation, or a verification of accuracy. Topics discussed on the Podcast may include grief, death, loss, and other sensitive subjects; listener discretion is advised.

The Podcast may from time to time include sponsor messages, advertisements, or affiliate links. If you purchase a product or service through an affiliate link, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We only accept sponsorships and affiliations we believe are relevant to our audience, but we are not responsible for third-party products or services, and any transaction is solely between you and the third party.

All Podcast episodes, including audio, video, artwork, and show notes, are the intellectual property of Spiritually Integrated Living, LLC. You may share links to episodes, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or use episode content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Section 3: Course, Program, and Membership Terms

Scope

These terms apply to all paid and free offerings sold or provided by Spiritually Integrated Living, LLC, including self-paced courses, live cohort programs such as Spiritually Informed Therapy (SIT), the clinician membership community, workshops, retreats, meditations, and digital downloads (each, a "Program"). By enrolling in or purchasing a Program, you agree to these terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.

Payment and Payment Plans

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are subject to change for future enrollments. If you select a payment plan, you authorize us to charge each installment to your payment method on the scheduled dates. A payment plan is not a subscription that can be cancelled partway through; it is a purchase of the full Program price paid over time, and you remain responsible for all installments regardless of your level of participation. If an installment payment fails, we will attempt to notify you. Until your account is brought current and all installments are paid in full, you will not receive your certification badge, will not be listed in the certified clinician directory, and will not be awarded certification.

Refunds and Cancellations by You

For live cohort Programs, including the SIT certification program, the following refund schedule applies, measured from the date of your cohort's first live session:

  • More than seven (7) days before the first session: 100% refund, minus a $250 administrative fee.

  • Within seven (7) days before the first session, through the end of the first week of the Program: 50% refund.

  • After the first week of the Program: no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

Refund requests must be sent to team@dramyrobbins.com and are effective on the date received. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you enrolled on a payment plan, refunds are calculated against the full Program price, and you remain responsible for any portion of the non-refundable amount that has not yet been paid at the time of withdrawal.

For evergreen (self-paced) courses, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed Module 1. Once you have completed Module 1, no refunds will be given under any circumstances, regardless of when you purchased.

Meditations, digital downloads, and other individual digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, and all sales of these products are final.

Membership community subscriptions renew automatically on a quarterly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select, until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us

Live cohort Programs require a minimum enrollment. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or combine cohorts, or to substitute faculty or guest presenters, at our discretion. If we cancel a cohort you have paid for, you may choose between a full refund of amounts paid for that cohort or a transfer of your enrollment to the next available cohort. Our liability for any cancellation is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Program.

Access and Account Use

Upon enrollment you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the Program for the access period described at the time of purchase, and we reserve the right to retire, update, or replace Program content. Your login credentials are for your use only. Sharing login credentials or Program materials with any other person, including colleagues, is a material breach of these terms and grounds for immediate termination of access without refund.

License to Program Materials

All Program materials, including video, audio, workbooks, slides, frameworks (including the SACRED Framework), scripts, meditations, and community posts by Dr. Robbins, are the intellectual property of Spiritually Integrated Living, LLC. You are granted a limited license to use these materials for your own personal and professional development. You may apply what you learn in your own clinical work, but you may not copy, share, resell, teach from, or create derivative programs, trainings, or products based on the Program materials without our prior written permission.

Continuing Education Credit

Where a Program is advertised as offering continuing education (CE) credit, credit is available only to eligible licensed professionals who meet all completion requirements, which may include attendance at live sessions, completion of coursework, passing any required assessment, and completion of an evaluation. Spiritually Informed Therapy has been approved by or is sponsored by the following bodies for CEs: for counselors, NBCC (Approval No. SP-4886) for NBCC credit; for Illinois social workers and psychologists, Centered Therapy Training, an approved continuing education provider for the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (License No. 268000085). We do not guarantee that any particular state licensing board or professional organization will accept these credits, and it is your responsibility to confirm applicability with your own board. Pre-licensed participants may complete the Program and earn certification but are not eligible for CE credit. No refunds are issued based on a board's refusal to accept credits.

Certification

The SIT program is a certification program open to mental health professionals, including licensed clinicians and pre-licensed clinicians (such as associate-level, provisionally licensed, or graduate-level clinicians practicing under supervision). We may require proof of current licensure in good standing, or of pre-licensed status and supervised practice, at enrollment, and we may deny enrollment or decline to award certification if that status cannot be verified. To earn certification, you must complete all required modules, meet the attendance requirements for live sessions, complete all required coursework and assessments to the standard we set, and be current on all payments. Certification is awarded at our discretion based on these requirements, and enrollment alone does not guarantee certification.

Upon certification, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to identify yourself as "Certified in Spiritually Informed Therapy" or as a "Spiritually Informed Therapist," to display the certification badge we provide, and to be listed in our directory of certified clinicians, in accordance with any brand and usage guidelines we publish. Your use of either title must comply with the title, licensing, and advertising laws of your jurisdiction; in particular, if you are pre-licensed, you are responsible for confirming that your jurisdiction permits you to use the word "therapist" in a professional title before using it. Certification signifies completion of our training program only. It is not a professional license, does not certify your overall clinical competence, is not an endorsement of your independent practice, and may not be represented as a state or board-recognized credential. You may not use the SIT name, the SACRED Framework, or our marks to name, brand, or market your own training programs or to certify others.

Certification is awarded on a one-time basis and does not require renewal. We may revoke certification, without refund, if you misrepresent the credential, lose or surrender your professional license, are found to have violated your profession's ethical code, breach these terms, or use our materials or marks in a manner we have not authorized. Upon revocation, you must stop identifying yourself as certified, stop using the badge and marks, and you will be removed from the certified clinician directory.

Community Conduct

Our membership community and Program discussion spaces exist to support respectful peer learning. You agree to treat other members with professionalism and respect, to protect the confidentiality of case material and of other members' personal disclosures, to share only appropriately de-identified clinical information, and to refrain from soliciting other members for clients, business, or referrals without permission. We may remove content or suspend or terminate the membership of anyone who, in our sole judgment, violates these standards or disrupts the community, without a refund of prepaid fees, though we may issue a prorated refund at our sole discretion.

Program Disclaimer

Programs are educational only. They are not psychotherapy, clinical supervision, or medical treatment, and enrollment does not create a treatment or supervisory relationship. We make no guarantee of any specific clinical, professional, financial, or personal outcome from participation. The Medical, Psychological, and Professional Disclaimer above is incorporated into these Program terms in full.
